北京寬溝會議中心位于懷柔水庫西岸，距離市區50公里。占地面積3000余畝，三面環山一面臨水，風景如畫四季怡人，宛如一顆鑲嵌在京郊大地的璀璨明珠。
寬溝會議中心始建于1982年9月，其前身為北京市人民政府寬溝招待所，2014年7月更名為北京寬溝會議中心。在市委市政府領導的親切關懷、大力支持下，在市政府辦公廳、市機關事務局的正確領導下，會議中心認真履行為黨和國家領導人考察、調研、休息提供服務，為中央黨政軍首腦機關、國家部委、市委、市政府、市人大、市政協機關等重要會議提供保障服務職責，目前已發展成為北京市對外服務窗口及市委市政府重要會議基地。多年來，認真履行服務保障職責，不斷提升接待服務水平，逐步發展形成了“北京寬溝”服務品牌。
寬溝會議中心為北京市政府采購會議定點單位，國有企業、大型集團會議呈現迅速增加趨勢，我們堅持“寬厚待人，溝通尊愛”的宗旨，秉承“人文、科技、綠色、平安、和諧”的理念，積極為每位賓客提供溫馨關愛、精準細致的服務。
Beijing Kuangou Conference Center is located on the west bank of Huairou Reservoir, it is 50 kilometers away from the urban. Covering an area of more than 3,000 slopes and its surrounded by mountains on three sides, facing water on the fourth. The scenery is picturesque and pleasant all the year, just like a dazzling pearl laying in the suburbs of Beijing.
The Kuangou Conference Center was built in September 1982. Its predecessor was the Kuangou Guest House of the Beijing People’s overnment and named by Beijing Kuangou Conference Center in July 2014. Under the cordial care and strong support of the Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government and the exact leadership of the Municipal Government Office and the Municipal Agency Affairs Bureau, the Conference Center conscientiously discharge the duties of providing services for the party and national leaders’ inspection, investigation and rest as well as providing guarantees for important meetings by military leaders, national ministries and commissions, municipal party committees and municipal governments, municipal people’s congresses, and organs of CPPCC municipal committee. At present, it has developed as an important service place for a significant conference basis of Beijing foreign service window as well as the municipal party committee and municipal government. Over the years,we have conscientiously performing our duties of servicing and guaranteeing,improving our level of reception services continuously, and gradually developed a servicing brand called "Beijing Kuangou".
Kuangou Conference Center is the designated unit of the Beijing Municipal Government Procurement Conference. State-owned enterprises and large-scale group conferences are performing a trend of fast increasing.
